CITY iLOVE Terms and Conditions

The CITY iLOVE loyalty program belongs to Baneasa Developments headquartered in Bucharest, 42D Bucuresti-Ploiesti Blvd., Baneasa Shopping City, 3rd floor, room 1, sector 1, registered with the Bucharest Trade Registry under no. J40/13637/2002, having sole registration no. RO15108621, registered with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing under no. 8559, issued by the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

The CITY iLOVE program is a loyalty program that gratifies the loyal customers of Baneasa Shopping City and Feeria Commercial Gallery as well as of certain stores from Baneasa Domus Mex Center (Mobexpert Commercial Gallery) using the CITY iLOVE mobile application.

The benefits granted are presented and regularly updated on the mobile application as well as on the www.baneasa.ro site and with the info desk office within Baneasa Shopping City.

Baneasa Shopping City reserves its right to modify/improve these Terms and conditions when necessary, without any prior notice, any amendment being brought to the attention of those interested through the mobile application, on the www.baneasa.ro site and with the info desk office within Baneasa Shopping City. The mobile application could be used only after accepting the Terms and conditions in force at that time.

Registration

Any person with the age of 14 may register in the program. However, in the case of certain contests, advertising lotteries or special events, only the persons with, at least the age of 18, may participate.

The CITY iLOVE mobile application is available for free in App Store and Google Play. In order to use this application it is necessary to install it on smartphones or on tablets with iOS or Android and subsequently create authentication personal accounts.

Account deletion

Once created, the account can be deleted by accessingthe following sections: Settings – Edit Profile – Delete account.

Adding up loyalty points

The CITY iLOVE loyalty program is based on the mechanism of adding up loyalty points as a reward for purchases made within the stores located in Baneasa Shopping City and in Feeria Commercial Gallery as well as in certain stores of Baneasa Domus Mex Center, a list with these stores being available in the application and with the info desk office.

Points are added up only by scanning the shopping receipts using the application, the fiscal receipt scanning procedure being detailed in the application’s Tutorial. The receipts can be scanned within maximum 14 (fourteen) days as of the issuance of the receipt (as of the purchase).

Points add up as follows:

·        for the purchases made in the stores classified in group A (all stores within Baneasa Shopping City and Feeria Commercial Gallery, including Emag Store and Kiddo Play, except for the stores classified in groups B and C), you will receive one loyalty point for every RON 1 spent.

·        for the purchases made in the stores classified in group B – Carrefour Hypermarket and BoConcept, you will receive one loyalty point for each RON 10 spent.

·        for the purchases made within the locations classified in group C, you will not receive any loyalty points. The following types of stores are classified in group C: banks, exchange offices, casino and gambling games, phone operators and their partners, insurance operators, travel agencies, utilities payment devices, temporary places of sale.

If the shopping receipts are scanned on the day of issue, you will receive a bonus of 20% of the points due according to the accumulation rules mentioned above. For example, for a shopping receipts worth 100 lei issued by one of the shops in group A and scanned on the day of issue, the user will receive 120 points.

Also, Baneasa Developments SRL reserves its right to grant bonus points within certain promotions/events/ lotteries/special days, etc.

The points granted shall be valid for a period of one year, so that the total points granted shall be represented by the total points received within the last 12 calendar months.

Benefits

The points granted cannot be changed into money: each participant may benefit from a mix of benefits according to the loyalty level reached at that moment.

Therefore, according to the number of points granted, users shall be classified in one of the following levels:

Level 1 (Enthousiast) 0 - 3000 points

Level 2 (Passionate) 3001 - 10000 points

Level 3 (Connaisseur) 10001 - 25000 points

Level 4 (Trendsetter) over 25000 points

The benefits granted to the users shall be detailed in the application and they shall be periodically updated by Baneasa Developments SRL. The benefits granted may consist in discounts, gifts, preferential services or events invitations.

The benefits consisting in discounts or gifts cannot be changed into money. The benefits consisting in discounts within the CITY iLOVE program shall not be cumulated with the discounts of any loyalty cards granted by the partner stores on their own. Each partner-store shall decide if the benefits consisting in discounts can be cumulated or not with other offers or discounts granted by the respective store. The benefits consisting in discounts shall be granted by scanning the code bar generated by the CITY iLOVE application.

The benefits of the CITY iLOVE program shall be available only in the partner stores within Baneasa Shopping City and Feeria Commercial Gallery as well as in certain stores of Baneasa Domus Mex Center.

A code shall be assigned in the application to each benefit granted, code that the user shall present to the personnel of Baneasa Shopping City or of the partner store, as the case may be, upon utilisation.

Other information and terms of use

Users may create only one access account and are bound to provide real information. The minimum amount of personal data for opening an account is a email address.

The password can be reseted by the user following the instructions presented in the application.

The account is personal, transmission of the authentication data to other persons being forbidden.

In order to verify the identity of the user who requests the benefits correspondent to an account, Baneasa Shopping City or the partner stores enrolled in the loyalty program may request the user to present an identity document (ID, driving licence, passport, etc).

Any complaint or intimation concerning the operation of the loyalty program shall be solved by Baneasa Developments SRL within 30 days.

Baneasa Developments SRL reserves the right to delete an account or to cancel the points added up in the following cases:

if the user broke any of the rules provided in „Terms and conditions”;

in case the points have been added up by fraud;

in case, through his/her actions, the user causes material or image damages to Baneasa Shopping City Commercial Centre and/or Feeria Commercial Gallery or to the stores carrying out their activity within such centres as well as to certain partner-stores of Baneasa Domus Mex Center.

Baneasa Developments SRL reserves the right to limit the monthly value of the benefits granted on its own to the amount of RON 40,000/month.

The newsletter is a periodical, exclusively electronic, i.e. electronic mail (email on the products and services and / or promotions developed by Baneasa Developments or its tenants / its partners in a certain period of time without any commitment from Baneasa Developments or tenants / partners with reference to the information contained therein. Newsletters are sent through specialized partners ensuring the confidentiality and security of the information.

The notification is a periodical, exclusively electronic, i.e. announcement within the CITY iLOVE application for promotions, discounts, new stores, etc. in connection with the services and / or products offered by Baneasa Developments or its tenants / partners in a certain period of time, without any commitment from Baneasa Developments or its tenants / partners with reference to the information contained herein.

The subscription to the Newsletter and Notifications services is done by the user through express acceptance in the CITY iLOVE application, subscribing for both services together. Unsubscribing from Notifications and Newsletter is done through the application, disabling this option. Unsubscribe can also be done by accessing the unsubscribe link at the end of each Newsletter; Once this link is accessed, the unsubscription is made immediately, and there is no need for further confirmation from the visitor. Unsubscribing from the Newsletter involves unsubscribing from the Notifications service.

All payments made for services or products purchased through the CITY iLOVE application are made through the MobilPay.ro payment processor. We reserve the right to replace the payment processor without any prior notice.

Protection of personal data

Baneasa Developments may process the following personal data submitted by the user: name, surname, age, gender, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address. If you create an account in the CITY iLOVE application using your personal Facebook account, you authorize us to process your public personal data submitted to us by Facebook, including first name, last name, Facebook username, Facebook account photo and email address.

The personal data of the users will be processed for the purpose of providing the above mentioned Benefits.

When the user has given his/her consent, Baneasa Developments will use his/her contact details to send him/her information about promotions or events taking place in Baneasa Shopping City, including Grand Cinema & More. The essential information regarding the obligations and benefits related to the user's status of CITY iLOVE application as well as the confirmations of movie reservations made through the application will be sent to the user automatically for the entire period in which the account created is active.

The modification and deletion of the first and last name, the telephone number and the date of birth is done by the user through the application.

Users benefit from the right to access, rectify or delete data, to restrict or oppose processing, the right to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. At the user's request addressed to Baneasa Developments, on the contact form available on the website www.baneasa.ro we will delete all personal data of the applicant, except those data absolutely necessary for the functioning of the application which will be anonymized. If necessary, Baneasa Developments may request additional actions from the user in order to correctly identify him/her.

If the user does not request their deletion, the personal data provided will be kept for the entire duration of existence of the account on the CITY iLOVE application.
