It all starts with shopping receipts that you have to scan with CITY iLOVE app and get points. In addition, if you scan the receipt in the same day you you shopped, you get 20% more points. Built on four levels, the CITY iLOVE application gives you the opportunity to enjoy the benefits easy and fast. You start from "Enthusiast", the first level that you reach when you download the app and login with Facebook or create an account. "Passionate", the second level, is reached when you collect 3,001 points. "Connoisseur", the third level, is reached when you collect 10,001 points, and "Trendsetter" - the fourth level - is reached when you have collected over 25,001 points. Depending on the level, you unlock unique offers: discounts, specific information about new collections, free WiFi, ticket purchase when you come to Cineplexx, free hours of underground parking and others.
Pay underground parking directly from the app, and we reward you with points! All you have to do is to validate your parking ticket using CITY iLOVE app before you leave the Baneasa Shopping City. It's much easier than paying at the machine and you can do anytime. So you have more time for shoppping.
Additionally, if you use the app, you get to have UP TO 3 hours/day of free parking from Monday to Sunday.

Shoppingul în Băneasa Shopping City şi Galeria Feeria dă roade. Accesaţi aplicaţia şi pentru fiecare bon fiscal pe care l-aţi primit în urma cumpărăturii dumneavoastră, selectaţi opţiunea Scanează Bon din aplicaţie. Apoi efectuaţi scanarea pozei bonului.
Punctele de loialitate se acordă la scanarea bonurilor fiscale aferente cumpărăturilor efectuate.
Beneficiile pot fi vizualizate în aplicaţie, în cadrul secţiunii “Beneficii”.
Transferul contului de membru sau al punctelor şi beneficiilor adunate nu sunt permise în cadrul programului de loialitate.
Nu se percep taxe sau contribuţii financiare, înrolarea şi participarea în programul de loialitate fiind gratuite.

Programul de loializare este accesibil tuturor persoanelor cu vârstă împlinită de minim 14 ani, în momentul aderării la program. De asemenea, pentru a putea instala şi folosi aplicaţia (scanare bonuri, acces la beneficii şi informaţii), este necesar ca participanţii să deţină un smartphone cu sistem de operare Android sau iOS.
La scanarea bonurilor fiscale, pentru cumpărături făcute în Băneasa Shopping City, clientul primeşte puncte de loialitate.
În funcţie de totalul punctelor, acesta va avea acces la un mix atractiv de beneficii, proporţional cu nivelul atins, respectiv: reduceri promoţionale, informaţii despre noile colecţii, informaţii utile despre evenimente în cadrul locaţiei Băneasa Shopping City, rezervări şi “upgrade” de bilete la Cineplexx, acces gratuit la WiFi etc.
"CITY iLOVE" este un program de fidelizare centrat în jurul unei aplicaţii mobile ce recompensează clienţii cu puncte de loialitate, la efectuarea de cumpărături în magazinele din incinta Băneasa Shopping City și Galeria Feeria (inclusiv Carrefour). Punctele de loializare sunt acumulate prin scanarea bonurilor aferente cumpărăturilor realizate.
Prin acumularea punctelor, clienţii pot atinge 4 niveluri diferite de beneficii în cadrul programului.
