Baneasa is an impressive project for urban development, which will develop over a period of 10 years starting from 2005, during 3 stages.

The project was initiated in 2000 and already went through several preliminary stages: creating the Area Urban Plan – September 2001; creating the Detailed Urban Plans – summer 2002; obtaining the initial Building Permits – beginning 2005; start of construction works – spring 2005; 

The three areas – residential, business, and commercial – will be completed in several stages.
