The main values sustained by Baneasa are integration, quality, diversity, and “green”. Integration refers to the fact that Baneasa will be an integrated part of the capital city, an area open to all, and will ensure workplaces, living, working, and commercial spaces, benefiting all the residents of Bucharest. Quality refers both to the constructions that will exist in Baneasa, the materials used and the design, as well as to the quality of life it proposes – peaceful, close to nature, together with the family. The Baneasa project represents an investment of over 1.8 billion euros, offering concrete solutions for the local community and beyond. Thus, by means of the 20 ha of public roads included in the project, it will ensure a better traffic flow in the area. Baneasa creates an additional source of income for the local and state administration budget of approximately 1.14 billion euros from direct and indirect taxes for a 10 year period.

Open to all, Baneasa will offer 3000 living spaces, from apartments and row houses to individual houses, and the center of the community will cover all the needs of the residents, offering, among other things, a market and stores, schools, a church and sports facilities.
Baneasa has a singular architectonic unity – it will represent a mini-city built from the ground up, observing all the requirements of modern city-planning, where houses with large gardens and smart apartments will alternate with parks, playgrounds, and sports courts.
