Each of the 3 bedrooms of the apartment has its individual bathroom, the residence offering complete privacy to its residents.

The apartment has an L-shaped structure – on the entrance side of the house, there is the very spacious kitchen, with two entrances, the living room, and the dining area, as well as a bedroom with individual bathroom and a small terrace.

On the other side, there is a lobby and two adjoining bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom with shower cabin, and the matrimonial bedroom is equipped with a dressing area, a roomy bathroom and a terrace with exclusive access.

The living room represents a singular feature of the apartment; owing to certain structural elements, it can be elegantly compartmented into several sub-areas, depending on the preferences of those who will live there. Each bedroom has an individual bathroom and, therefore, a certain degree of autonomy, but maintains a quick access to the daytime area, enabling the members of the family to easily reunite in the living room.
